On 23 October 2011 Sydney Youth Wind Orchestra performed for us, conducted by Russell Hammond. What a concert! Passers by on Bradleys Head Road stopped and stared at the church because the sound was – well – huge.

At this concert we also announced that:
- Nan and Don Pryor have been invited to be life-long members of the Mosman Music Club; and
- the Christchurch Youth Orchestra, for whom the Mosman Music Club raised funds earlier this year after their rehearsal space had been destroyed by the Christchurch earthquakes, have a new a podium. The podium was bought using the funds raised by the Mosman Music Club (including a generous donation from the Ziegler family), as shown in the picture at this link.
